ATN Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic pre-visit check-ins on patients for assigned practice (s).; Make 30-50 patient calls per day to support 12-16 patient interactions and 20 minutes of registration for 12-15 patients daily.; Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to expedite the on-site rooming process.; Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and safety in accordance with regulatory standards.; Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with patients, including when handling difficult conversations.
