We operate a fully integrated performance model combining Golf Coaching, Fitness Training, Recovery, and Custom Club Fitting under one roof. Our mission is to deliver world-class results in a five-star hospitality environment.
Position SummaryAre you a licensed clinician tired of the insurance mill and high-volume quotas?
At UGP, you are not just a clinician — you are a Performance Specialist .
As a Recovery Specialist, you will work in a 100% cash-based environment alongside elite Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one outcomes without insurance-driven constraints.
This role bridges clinical rehabilitation and elite athletic performance, serving as the steward of our clients' physical longevity and readiness.
