The Male Junior-Staff Counselor/Pastoral Internship is a full-time paid summer internship position. The Junior Staff Counselor oversees 4-8 young men (high school age) who are participating in the Boardwalk Chapel Junior-Staff program (which runs from late June to late August). While the junior staff take part in various aspects of the Boardwalk Chapel ministry and receive training from our other leaders, the Junior Staff Counselor is responsible for their personal discipleship. The intern also doubles as a Pastoral Internship with opportunity for other pastoral ministry experiences according to gifts and desires.
