LMS Administrator (SAP SuccessFactors)

Overview

Intepros is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to support day-to-day operations within SAP SuccessFactors LMS for our valued client's high-volume commercial training environment. This role is critical in ensuring efficient learning administration, improving turnaround times, and delivering a seamless learner experience.

You’ll work closely with training leads and cross-functional stakeholders while operating within established governance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration (75%)

  • Create, update, and maintain training items, curricula, and learning plans in SuccessFactors LMS
  • Configure assignment profiles and manage target audiences
  • Support course/session setup, enrollments, completions, and approvals
  • Process and track requests via ServiceNow or SharePoint; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues related to access, assignments, and completions
  • Generate compliance and completion reports; support data validation using Excel

Stakeholder Support (15%)

  • Serve as a key point of contact for LMS-related requests
  • Support rollout of new training initiatives and curricula launches
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and impacts to stakeholders

Governance & Continuous Improvement (10%)

  • Follow SOPs, naming conventions, and data standards
  • Maintain documentation, job aids, and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in LMS forums and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of LMS or application support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Plateau LMS exposure preferred)
  • Experience troubleshooting LMS issues (user access, assignments, completions)
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments (GxP knowledge is a plus)

Skills

  • Strong reporting and data quality experience within SuccessFactors LMS
  • Knowledge of content and item creation in LMS platforms
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of SCORM/AICC (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Teams
  • Experience supporting distributed or field-based user populations
