The starting pay range is **$18.70 to $23.10** per hour for *Lead Teachers*, **$16.55 to $20.48** per hour for *Assistant Teachers*, and **$14.88 to $18.38** per hour for *Support Teachers*. Final compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications.* **Comprehensive Benefits:** Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; childcare tuition discount; paid holidays; and professional development opportunities* **Career Growth:** Opportunities for advancement within our growing organization**Qualifications:****Education/Certification**:* Lead Teacher: CDA or Associate's degree (required); Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree (preferred)* Assistant & Support Teachers: High School Diploma (required)* Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)**Experience**:* Lead Teacher: 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred)* Assistant & Support Teachers: 1+ years of early childhood education experience**Knowledge, Skills and Physical Requirements**:* Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. (Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
