Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Berwick, PA that is seeking a Data Entry Specialist.Responsibilities:
- Enter data from field reports into standardized Excel spreadsheets and PDF forms
- Update and maintain templates with accurate information
- Apply basic formulas and perform simple calculations as needed
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and typographical errors
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues to the appropriate team
- Rename and organize files to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Upload completed files and forms to a project or document management system
Skills - Strong administrative and data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas
- Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type efficiently
- Experience reviewing documents for quality and completeness
- Comfortable managing and uploading files in online systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
