Clinic Receptionist – Full Time (40 Hours/Week, Monday – Friday) Join the Wildwood Family Clinic Team! Wildwood Family Clinic, a trusted leader in delivering exceptional healthcare, is seeking a full-time Clinic Receptionist to join our front desk team. This is a 40-hour per week position, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities at both our Madison and Cottage Grove locations — applicants must be willing and able to work at both sites. In this role, you will:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and route phone calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Handle patient registration and check-in/check-out
• Post payments and perform other general clerical tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting (required)
• Working knowledge of Epic (required)
• Scheduling experience (required)
• Strong communication skills
• A friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• A sincere desire to provide outstanding service to patients and families
