You'll handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements while supporting tax coordination and audits. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payroll with precision Maintain accurate records (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, tax documents) Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) Assist with month‑end/year‑end close and audit preparation Track vendor payments and ensure timely bill processing Support tax filings and collaborate with accountants Qualifications Creative, analytical, problem‑solving and innovative skills.
